As the Cherry Creek School District (CCSD) embarks on its first week of remote learning, we are excited to contribute to learning by providing essential school supplies to CCSD students and families.
Remote learning has made technology an essential part of learning for students across the district, as elementary, middle and high school students alike rely on new tools to access their curriculum from home. Even so, the role of basic school supplies in bringing learning to life for our students cannot be overlooked.
Prosono is partnering with the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation to support Cherry Creek Schools students by providing essential items that every student needs — pencils, pens, notebooks and other staples. Principals and teachers across the district recognize the need for students to be equipped with basic supplies to support remote learning.
“Our students, families and teachers are partnering to ensure that learning remains effective and our top priority. In order to do that, our students are in need of school supplies,” said Mia Robinson, Principal at Village East Elementary School.
At a time when many are wondering what to do or how to help, this is an effective way you can make a significant impact for the students and families in our community. In a time of unprecedented crisis, community members from across the district’s 108 square miles are coming together in new and inspiring ways to make sure our students retain the tools they need to succeed. This is a perfect opportunity to contribute to that effort; please consider volunteering to assemble school supply kits or to make a financial contribution toward this cause.
